Sustainable business
To alleviate the unemployment problems in rural area, we established a Demonstration and Training Centre equipped with adequate equipments and tools. We demonstrated how to keep tree nurseries, grow scattered and extensive plantation, process timber to make furnitures, or extract specific plantation to produce perfume, soaps/detergents, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, etc. We have successfully facilitated entrepreneurship and created job opportunities for more than 2,500 independent farmers in 20 villages in Siha, Hai and Moshi Rural.
